Garry Roost

Born in Kirby Muxloe, Leicestershire and a lifelong Leicester City fan, Gary graduated from East 15 Acting School.

 

Garry has worked extensively  in Theatre, TV, Film and Commercials. He played Alan Daniels in EastEnders, Creepy guy in Blackbooks, and was in The Day Today with Steve Coogan.
 

​As an international theatre maker Garry’s solo work has taken him all over the UK, and to Ireland, Europe, the Balkans, Australia, to Sydney Mardis Gras, and to the Melbourne and Adelaide Fringe Festivals. He has done three east coast tours including; Newcastle NSW, North Hamilton NSW, Goulburn, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart Tasmania, and the Gold Coast. 

 

Most recently he performed in New York to critical acclaim with his solo play Warhol: Bullet Karma.
